First fish on vacation!

Took a trip out to Lac Vieux Desert Wisconsin. Got here Monday morning, right after a major Storm came through. Monday was foggy as could be. What, we as anglers dream of fishing on. Long story short, it took me almost 13 hrs to get my first fish. Had hits in the morning, but took that long to get the first of 4 fish. Nothing of size. Day 2 went better. Got 8 total fish. 5 bass, 3 pike. Biggest bass was about 2lbs, biggest pike was maybe 12". Then the weather hit. 18-30MPH winds and then storms. We have been off the water since 3pm yesterday, and as of 645am the next day, we still can't go out. Wind and storms again. We trailered up lastnight and are leaving early. We are going to head south and try out Lake Butte des Morts, Wisconsin! Maybe until tomorrow! Wish us luck
