Spectacle Lake

Went out and beat the bank all day yesterday. I fished 3 different lakes and only got one bite all day.

Got a lot of action yesterday. but, nothing huge. 1st catch came after seeing a couple bass blow up on an injured gill swimming along the surface. Threw the tk near the gill, gave it a few twitches and she nailed it. Caught the 2nd and 3rd on back to back cast with a huddleston 68. 4th fish snagged itself while attacking a 9" line through paddle tail. The video shows some kokanee that have been hanging out at the boat launch trying to spawn.

Couldn't get the big ones to bite so I played with the tk and caught some dinks.

Hooked into 3 fish yesterday but, only landed 1.

After switching back to some of my bigger baits and getting skunked the last 3 days, I finally laid into a good one tonight. Also found a dodger in the rocks.

Just a couple of dinks today.

I barley avoided the skunk yesterday with a dink I caught crankin the klash 9 while Brandon landed two on a whopper plopper. His second fish (not pictured cause it was dark) weighed in at over 4lbs.

Had a great birthday yesterday. Had 3 friends out fishing with me and landed a tank.
