Palmer Lake

Didint weigh it but nice fish at palmer lake.

Things went much better today. Met up with a friend and both pulled some good sized Pikeminnow and decent smallmouth. We also stopped and cooked up a few perch for lunch.

The bite at Palmer is insane right now. Nothing big but, I've been having a blast pullin em up from as deep as 30-40'. Was out there Friday and Saturday catching tons of Smallies, Perch and Pikeminnow. The most effective baits have been jigging spoons, blade baits and the ned rig. Jigging spoons- P-line laser minnow and Kastmaster Ned rig- Missile baits ned bomb on a lunker city ned head Blade baits- Steel shad

They were eating almost everything I threw at em yesterday.

Went out looking for big smallies but, only found one decent largie.

Had a killer evening on Palmer. Got a few bigger smallies on the tiny klash. Including my new personal best at 20.75" and 4.2lbs. And Brandon caught a nice largie on a whopper plopper 130. Going back out there in the morning to see if we can't find a few more.

Had fun out on Palmer yesterday. Saw some wildlife and slayed some dinks.
