#Catch 23. Decided it was time to get out of the sun for a bit and grab some lunch. Trolling on the way to the dock and this beauty grabbed the lure hard.

#catch 23. Trolling for walleye and this crappie swallows the hook. This one will be added to the fish in the freezer.

Got in a quality 90 minutes tonight. Top water bite was busy. 30 inch pike and some decent buckets. Eat. Sleep. Fish. Repeat.

It has been so tough figuring out where these guys go after the weeds die away. This fish felt like a million bucks, spent hours trying to get something to hit.

Wasn't going to let another weekend of wind, rain and lightening hold me back from one last shot at the tournament on www.theCastnCrew.com . Ended up being a great trip but didn't hook one larger than my 16.5" entry earlier this month. Also caught my first fish on a Ned rig and another first on a drop shot rig. Super fun way to fish.
