First Lake Whitefish! Always fun to catch a new species. More fun to stack up some nice slabs on the ice. 💯

One good Frisbee today. Couldn't ask for better conditions for January.

Perfect day on the ice in Northern Minnesota. Slabs were schooling along the break. Live bait got it done again.

Got out for a few hours before the bad weather gets here. Still stacking up those slabs! Sent my buddy Axel home with a nice meal for his family. Shutting it down for a few days until the extreme cold lifts.

Slow bite last night. Managed a few keepers. Ice conditions are great. Starting to see the big wheelhouses on Lake Bemidji.

Back on the slabs! Live bait was the winner.
