Shawnee Mission Lake

It sure was fun having 3 of our dogs taking a walk and experiencing a glimpse of my fishing! Well it lasted only 25 minutes, thanks to my sweet wife who wanted to take 3 dogs for the walk at the lake and yes, I stopped fishing so I can help my wife with two of our three crazy puppies. Teal and Perry are very good but need more experience with the outing. They are only 9 months old! Love them and I am thrilled that they get to see the large mouth bass that I caught and who knows what they are thinking! Haha. After a trip to Lone Star lake, I wasn't satisfied so I went to Shawnee Mission lake and definitely enjoyed the weather and quietness. Caught 3 that morning in just 1.5 hours and went home happy.
