I was hoping I had a trout or a red but instead I foul hooked a mullet in the A## XD

Thought I had a dark trout for a second foul hooked a mullet in the as# released unharmed

Thought I accidentally foul hook one of the trout I was after released unharmed

Thought I could hook one of the trout I was after XD released alive and unharmed

Thought I had one of the trout I was chasing but nope I foul hooked a mullet instead

Thought I had a stripper or red or be of the trout I was chasing but instead I foul hooked a mullet in the a## he was released alive and unharmed

I was using trout magnets I saw some small trout to small to keep but still would've been fun to catch and I catch this guy in the as# by mistake with a trout magnet I feel bad for giggling afterwards a guy fishing with me was laughing his as# off once I told him what happened once he got out of his truck he stopped and pulled up once I got this guy in I thought I had a red or a stripper at first all isaw was dark scales with lines a stripper would've 🐝 awesome but I'll take these anyday also mullet make great tank pets especially if caught in brackish water since they can tolerate low selenity levels they clean up the fish poo leftovers and such in a tank but I feed my dried or live blood worms on the occasion
