Mud marlin are to much fun .. I love it 🎣 My First carp of the day ... Beaknickel size 2 hook 20lb leader, 50cm trace size 3 swivel, Size 7 running ball sinker 12lb mono A $12.00 big W children's cheapy rod. As ultra light sport fishing .. Test those skills, even carp this big can snap those kids rods in half... So much fun .. Sweet corn kernels as bait .. Militant pink fishing adventures.

2 km downriver headed towards Waikerie lock 2 blanchtown, essentially berley up virgin water or hard to access structure.. my man CLUDOEWS brang this back in measured larger then then the brag measure" custom brag mat spoiler on the liquid vision mobile, 1m15cm + 15kg+ hybrid common/koi known as grass carp more slender strong dorsal and pectorals no whiskers they can pass as Barra in the clean water haha 🎣💪.. Approx 2km down from lock2 blanchtown Riverland, in deep holes shallow water marsh sandy/clay islands about 2am via kayak. Decent fish.. 15kg 115cm grass carp .. or common/koi hybrid

On school camp, used a shrimp caught in the yabbie net and held over fallen tree in waist deep water. Fun fish to catch and very taste!
