Well they say you should never give away your secret Recipe 😅 But hey here it is for all those Carp anglers! Simple corn works fine, but when the going gets tough and the fish are being picky you can literally change there mind with a few little ingredients! Make the mix consistent to your needs Berley bucket or just bombing it how ever you do it. The big carp can't resist this mix, I've landed my biggest ones on this stuff and it really turns the spot on and packs the size on the fish if you fish the spot consistently. Also the Penn warhorse I found in the dam with a nice clean up she's a pearler! 3-6kg rod my favourite for carp fishing! Lucky as day. Reel needs some work , Mud sealed not mag sealed by the looks. Couple hours at the local and some good scoping out the surroundings and i located the target haha. Haven't had a fight like this before it shot me off 70metres and had me around a visible tree stump and I wasn't loosing this one so I got in waist deep 😂, ended up getting him back and landing it, Absoloutely made my day, spring Dogs are nice and fat from winter, this one was a little warrior ! Happy Father's Day to all the Dads out there! Today was my lucky day, spent endless days at this body of water and caught nothing, today I can't keep up and I also caught someone else's Rod they lost 🤣 This big boy is a PB 16.7LBs although I've got longer ones that may not have been so heavy when I didn't have my scales. Tight lines legends 🤙🎣

Spent a few hours in the city at the usual spot were I clean up most times and there was plenty of bubbles but no bites, change location to a spot I haven't ever caught one and got it second cast 😅🤷‍♂️ Think I'll keep trying this big pond for the next few weeks !

Thought we’d try something different and go for some mud marlin at wynn vale dam and ended up catching my first ever Catfish. Decent fight on light gear. Very slow here though, reckon this will be my first and last visit. Probably see more action in the torrens
