Huge largemouth

From about a month ago but forgot to post. My buddy wanted to go fishing so I brought him to this spot bc you’re usually good to catch at least 1 bass here. Saw the tiny ones patrolling but couldn’t get bites. So I tied on a whopper plopper to try and attract these bass over to his bait. After a couple tries he finally got that tiny bass (last picture). His fish was about the size of my bait so I said “I don’t think there’s anything big enough in here to even eat my bait” and the very next cast, I get my PB at this location. Honestly didn’t know they could get this big here. Fun catch, fun day

First day out this year. Got 4 fish over about 3 hours. 2 smaller ones on the buzzbait and 2 other ones that were a bit bigger on a jig. Both of the jig catches were super fun and put up decent fights. Excited to start fishing again and hopping around to some familiar and some new ponds !! Back at it !!

Went out for an hour and got a couple tiny guys at the local spot. First time not getting skunked there in a while which was nice. Buzzbait seemed to be the answer
