The local pier was good to me yesterday, I also fought and lost a large Channel Catfish which was fun. Released several other small species also.

I took my stinky old worms down to the neighborhood pier and caught some small panfish and these 3 decent cats that didn't mind the smell they seemed to like it. Fish On.

Finally got someone to haul my boat out It's been a month since I was last out, thank you Gilbert. We caught around 75 total and kept 45 so we split the fish haul. Several species were caught with most being Yellow Bass and Bluegills. The water temp was 73°.

Messing around on the next door pier this evening and caught this 4.92 lb catfish on the second cast with a slip bobber jig setup in shallow water.

Caught over a 100 fish today, kept 53 and split the catch with new fishing buddy Bobby Hayes Jr.

Yellow Bass/Bluegills and several other species were feeding in the afternoon as predicted during the afternoon major after being biteless in the morning. Caught around 50 total in a 3 hour span with half of that being travel time.
