We got a sucker fish on the ultralight, really like this rod and reel combo! We shall see if we can get another one or something else, never know when fishing with worms which makes them a fun bait! 👍😁

Got this sucker at the first spot. One of these days I’m going to keep one and use it for cut bait, but not this guy. He was safely released! 👍 The last two pictures, this shows my setup. I really like three way swivels with the eight on the bottom. I actually missed this bite, but because I was rigged this way with a circle hook, the sucker hooked itself when it tried to swim off with the bait. I also like to present the worm as shown, hooked through three times and then a good one inch or so dangling below the hook. I think it presents more naturally this way. 🙂

Just got another brown bullhead on the ultralight, very light biting but good fight once the hook was set! Safely released (video attached)! 👍🙂

12” Brown or yellow bullhead on the Kast King Calamus ultralight with 4lb test. It’s a very subtle bite and I think I would have missed it if I was fishing on a heavier rod, ultralight for the win!! Alright fight, safely released after some photos (release video attached, so glad that FishAngler added this feature!)! 👍
