South Umpqua River

Another beautiful gift from the south umpqua! 19" long and 3 pounds, 2 ounces!!

Another great day fishing with my brother on the south umpqua! Caught the biggest fish I've ever caught from the south umpqua today.....with thanks in part to my brother who jumped on my fish just as it broke my line and hit the rock just inches above the water!! If he hadn't jumped on it I would have lost this beauty! Thank God for my brother! Lol This one was 18" and weighed 3 lb 5oz!!

Another great afternoon full of nice sized bass! I love days like this, can't think of a better way to spend the afternoon!

Turned out to be a good day, caught 2 beauties! 😍love the color and pattern on the first one...I was going to release it but in the process of trying to get the picture he/she flopped out of my hands about 5 times onto the rocks, so it wasn't going to survive. But it will be good eating, not going to waste 😁
