Got off work and tried the river for a bit. Just 1 but I will take it, only had 1 hour and a half.

Well dud a bit of exploring different spots this weekend. Found an old golf course that they are turning into apartment homes, only found a bunch of green sunfish there, the big pond that I found on map was filled in and covered up. I then decided to hit up the river and see what I could find, broke my reel when I fell as soon as I started walking through the woods. Found a nice spot, but i was a good 30ft above the river. Saw some movement and decided to make a few casts, caught one smallie that i had to get up the cliff. Then Sunday went for a nice long walk up the river, only had 2 on and didn't get a good hookset either time or something. Tight line's y'all!
