South Platte River Spill-Off

Does anyone else have strange thoughts while they fish? I’ve been having trouble learning how to frog fish. I have probably had 40 blowups, but only three catches. You have all been very supportive in saying that’s OK, you’ll get the hang of it. Today I was wondering if the fish go back to their friends and say, I can’t believe I’ve missed 20 frogs in a row. Only to have their fish friends say, that’s OK – you’ll get the hang of it. Just some strange thoughts from a very strange man. By the way, I caught one on the frog, and two on the Senko today! Tight lines everyone!

I was flipping a ball of muck, and this one pounder hit! Second frog fish on my board. This is what I’ve learned during my short experience with frogs: frog fishing is like video games. It’s all about reflexes. Adrenaline rush. Slightly addictive. And you never blink! 😂😂😂

Got a “tip” on a good fishing hole. Got skunked...but stopped next door for sushi. (Sans Chilula...or however you spell that)
