When this one hit I thought it was another smallmouth bass

Tons of bluegils caught here, a few bass and one catfish. Nice near 5 pound bass & maybe a 2.5 . Great spot when the flood gates are open 😮‍💨 Wish i had shrimp for the catfish here

Nice little guy that I caught, ended up releasing him. Last catch of the day, lots of bass & bluegils. Noting crazy.

Distracted by my kid, let the lure sit in the sandy bottom. Fish was visible from shore.

Let the worm sit at the bottom of the creekside pool. Can visibly see the fish in the pool from the bridge. Walked down the hill to stand on the sandy shore
