Thought I was snagged in thick brush glad I was patient

First bass of the year was a keeper.

First time to fish in about 3 weeks.

Slow day but managed a decent one

Just able to provide some detail. She was full of eggs. Hit in 4’ of water at the edge of a grass line between lay downs 10’ off the bank. Fishing a 7.8” keitech fat impact in a ghost color on an owner beast hook. She hit like a train on an erratic slow retrieve. Caught 5 fish over 3 lbs in 4 hrs on the same pattern.

Did some fishing Thanksgiving morning first fish jumped off the board before I could get the length second one went 16in. Caught 3 before 8 am and then the bite was done and I couldn't find them anymore
