Airport Canal (2)

Had the fattest bass of my life shake my hook right before this. Jumped about 2 feet out of the water, looked me in the eyes, called me a sucker and spat the worm at my face. Such a let down.

Decent little guy while enjoying this cool weather.

Stopped by a small canal, threw my net and look at what I caught for lunch. 💪🏾

Karma's a bitch. Snagged this guy reeling in and right after I took this picture my rod broke in half, lol 🤣

I’ve been trying this canal for weeks and had nothing to show for it. Finally landed this okay size guy, but didn’t bother bringing the scale of course. I KNOW there’s a monster in here, I see him hitting every time I visit.
