Caught this 9.89 lb (we’ll call it 10 😆) Blue Catty using cut bait. The smaller catfish that I caught love the chicken liver but bigger LOVED the shad. Instead of using chunks and keeping the bone on the fish, I used a fillet piece of Shad.

Caught a bunch of them closer toward the wall where the Shad are spawning. Used the same method I did the largemouth to catch these. Once the sun goes down it does get a lot harder to catch them unless you have a head light.

Didn’t think they ate chicken liver till I reeled this one in😂

Was a little surprised when I reeled this in because only the White Perch were biting it at the time. Casted the Jig out about 10ft and reeled it in keeping it on top of the water.
