First cat of the “summer.” There were monsters jumping out the water but all too far out of my reach. Happy to not get skunked like my last 2 trips. I forgot to weigh it BEFORE I bled/gutted it. Gonna try catfish nuggets.

It’s been a while but I’m back on the board! They stocked last week and everyone at the lake today caught at least 3 trout(15+ ppl).. They were killing powerbait and some caught on small soft plastic minnows. I got my first crankbait catch as well trying to get a bass but it was a TROUT that hit it😅 3 catches, took 2 home. Fried 1 up with the skin still on and ate it by fork. 👩🏽‍🍳 LOOKING FORWARD TO CATFISH SEASON NOW 😋
