Lake Wakatipu

First fish I’ve caught, think it’s a rainbow trout but not sure! If someone can correct me that’d be great. ——Pretty sure it’s actually a salmon now!——

Nice little first cast catch

Whipped this salmon out so quick it hit the roof of my truck 😅

Found a big feathered fly on the floor broke the hook of, used the skirt on a spoon and that triggered the hit. Creativity landed that fish and was very exciting because the river was flowing hard.

Landlocked salmon and fresh brownie caught with bait imitation fly at shallow Eddie of the rees mouth. Again on the knees but good feed.

Good size rainbow
