Started the day with a weehoo, then got a real one. 140 ft outa the Port. 2 mahi also.

Shrimp boats anchored out around 100ft. Plenty of cobia under them, just hard to get the legals on. Huge 10ft plus bull sharks. King and Spanish mak and a small mahi.

1st golden tile. 550ft. Was difficult to get the 9lb weight to stay on the bottom with 5kn current. Found 2 cuban refugee boats offshore, about 35 miles out, 6 miles apart. Very sketchy. Holding lots of life under them. Triggers, jacks, yt snapper, cuda, mahi. Pretty cool to see.

Found a big weed line at 520ft with some mahi on it. Lost a decent one jumping. Picked up a blackfin at 160 heading back in. Also a couple monster cuda. Tuna tartar for lunch today makes the wife happy.
