North Atlantic Ocean (O)

Gran Canaria holiday tried a little spinning to see if anything would arise… low and behold 2x lizard fish caught. The biggest excitement for me was the big unknown fish that took my lure out deep and nearly pulled the rod from my hand. About 3 seconds of chaos before everything went slack! 🤦🏼‍♂️😩 whatever it was, i cant have set the hook properly…even if i had, i think this would have bitten me off or spooled me. Retrieved to find i still had my lure but the 30lb leader was serrated badly about 2inches from the clip, i guess by some rather sharp teeth 😅
