Lovely 5lb Common Carp at Birkwood Fisheries. Caught many today including Skimmers, Roach and Carp around 20lb total. Screaming reels today at Birkwood fisheries with 16 Carp (8lb stamp), 2 Skimmers, 1 Bream, and a nice Roach. This torpedo was caught on a half oz running bomb rig with a Robin Red 8mm banded onto a size 12 C1 Method. Fed 8mm fishery pellets over the top to lure.

Beautiful Common Carp caught using pellet waggler method on a breezy day at Birkwood fisheries. Fished banded hair 8mm coppens pellet, size 14 Prestons 0.19mm 18 inch hooklength looped onto 8lb mainline on reel. Fed few 8mm pellets and/or corn every time I got a bite, which kept me busy using this method all day with a variety of species making appearances.
