Anchor on the west side of the rock buoy. There is a drop off from 7 ft down to 99 ft as you head west. Depending on the temp and time, anywhere along the drop off.

Anchor on the left of the channel opening as you approach from the east about three boat lengths from the shore. The shore drops off first to about 18 feet and then about 30 ft. You want to be anchored around the 18 ft depth otherwise your anchor isn't going to want to set well(wind and waves depending). Fairly good bass and some pike here. They tend to run along the shore in the 5 to 20 feet area. Bobber with a worm if you're lazy. But running a Mepps spinner or a black and red Texas rig have been fruitful. I haven't tried minnows here yet. Let me know what works if you try them out or other colour combos.
