HAPPY WEEKEND EVERYONE! Well it’s been a minute since my QLD trip and I haven’t got out to fish since then…one of the biggest reasons is that I have started a NEW JOB - back to the corporate world for a while!!! More money for fishing gear 😜 Anyhooo I headed out early this morning for a quick flick and managed 3 Bream in total with 2 being legal! Happy Days! Sending hugz to you all out there in the world! Tight Lines ❤️🐟

Good Morning Fish Fam on this glorious long weekend! With a few hours to spare I went to my fav fishing spot…peaceful & quiet…but with enough fish action to keep a girl happy! I managed 3 Breambos with one over 30cm…he wasn’t happy to be caught and decided on payback…nothing like a bit of blood on a Sunday! 😜😩🐟 Tight lines everyone!! ❤️🐟💪🏻

SHORT SESSION - QUALITY FISH Had about 1-2 hours up my sleeve yesterday so I ducked out to my favourite (under the) bridge. Low tide which normally wouldn’t bode too well around here but this spot is great for that. I had two rods set up which I’m still getting used to. I have these cool little rod holders which are epic. Generally I like to hold one rod and have the other rod in the holder. Anyway it didn’t take long for my stationary rod to have some interest. I kept my eye on it but it looked like I was just being faked out 😝 after another minute or so I checked on the stationary rod and we’ll yeah…I had a fish on. The fish was asleep I reckon as it didn’t fire up and panic until I started reeling it in. Super heavy…a nice solid 33cm Bream came in. I was very happy. Then another 2 Bream (30cm and 31cm) followed. I could you believe it. A smaller Bream also decided to join the fun and a baby Eel. The eel ended up biting through my line with its sharp little teeth before I could get my mouth clippers into it. I thought it was a snake at first but no. This was an hour and a half well spent. Stunner autumn morning too. I hope everyone is having a great week and you’re getting a fish in. Tight lines Everyone! ❤️🐟💪🏻

I’M STILL HERE!!! It was slow going today…super low tide and dirty water. Several takers but no converters. Was using a new type of leader and it felt like it was not doing its job. Mind you everything was super snaggy though after the rains so plenty of debris under the surface. Anyhoooo I did manage 2 nice Bream. I’m just grateful that I got to spend some time outside without rain! Tight lines Everyone! ❤️🐟☺️

TOUGH GOING! After my sunrise walk with the doggos I headed down to the river to fish outgoing tide. But geez it was hard going. Lots of nibbles but only one taker. A little Bream decided to hop on the line. Even though the fish weren’t biting, nature and wildlife put on a lovely spectacle for me. An hour in I decided not to waste more time at that spot and made my way back to my usual bridge. It did not disappoint and first cast I scored another Bream. Another hour later and again a total of 5 Breambos with 1 legal was to be had. Successful morning and now I’m ready to enjoy a lazy Sunday! - Tight Lines my Friends! 🐟❤️💪🏻

2 HOURS OF QUALITY FISHING No accidental fishing today…I purposely headed out into the world to end up at my favourite bridge, or rather ‘under’! ☺️ Dead on low tide I wasn’t sure how it was going to go…but within 10min I had my first good sized Breambo…and then they kept on coming. I pulled out some stonkas within my 2 hour session that I had up my sleeve. With two of them over 30cm. I also christened my new servo rod - caught 2 fish on it but I’m not happy with the reel. I’ll be saving up to buy me a new one soon. All in all a total of 5 Breambos with 3 legal. I just made it home with 5min to spare before the heavens opened up! 😆 - I hope everyone has an amazing morning, afternoon or evening! Tight Lines my Friends! 🐟❤️💪🏻
