34” 8.5 lb northern took a LOT of drag. 16 walleye is a new personal best, and the white bass was one of 7 caught today, but as I was dragging it across the top of the water to bring it in, a bald eagle took a shot at stealing it, but missed

Caught a decent perch but our day started with finding another boat parked in front of us in our slip,; very close to our new trolling motor. The people at the marina made sure it was gone before we got back, but I can’t believe someone thinks that is OK

20” catfish was a great fighter

This was the freshwater drum that i caught that did not survive being taken away by a bald eagle

The perch was a welcome surprise. Our first five fish were all different. Diversity is awesome!

Only 15” walleye, but still my largest so far

Couple of white bass today (one a splashy jumper). Familiarizing self with Helix 9 and Ulterra Quest trolling motor. Follow the contour/shoreline features are very cool, except when someone jumps your route.
