I’ve been to this location at least 5 times before this, and never caught anything other than a small pumpkin seed sunfish. I kept telling myself I can’t leave Virginia without getting something out of here worth while. Today was the day! Thank you drop shot!

The app says I caught a super small European sea bass, but it was croaking like crazy, so I’m not entirely convinced. Anyway, got up early and just decided to go practice my casting, and managed to land three fish in some dilapidated docks. It was a fun time.

Caught this absolute beast on a mini crawfish lure, which I haven’t a clue where I got, nor the name of it.

Finally caught this redfish after a week of research! So pumped!
