Went to the Poconos over the weekend to do some paintballing Saturday. Went fishing early Sunday and fished Hawk Run. W a s able to land this little brown before I had to go back to the house and pack. Came back to fish Mud Run, and saw many fish rising. I think I correctly identified them as tricos, however, I didn't tie or buy any trico patterns, as I focused on the mayflies thst hatched earlier in the year. I had to leave very soon after I started fishing, as I forgot water, and I felt the dehydration setting in.

First ever yellow perch for me. And caught on a yellow perch jerk bait. 😂

Smallie hybrid? No clue ...but he fought like he was 5lbs!
