I stopped by Hunter Park after mowing mom’s grass for about an hour and caught a couple of small bass and a turtle. Technically, I caught someone else’s line which had a turtle at the end of it. He was stuck to some cattails. I was able to free him.

Caught this one on the Berkeley Fusion Under Spin with Baby Bass trailer. Boy she had a huge belly. Returned her peacefully to finish her spawn.

Well this one surprised me! I was trying to catch a bass with a gill when this big boy showed up. Took awhile to bring in with my 15 lb test line but the fight was definitely worth it. 35 lbs - 42 inches.
