Boonton, New Jersey

Went to 3 places today, all but the last 2 fish were caught at the rockaway river by the knoll country club. I caught about 30 two inch largemouths and smallmouths, with a couple of 1/2 lbers mixed in, along with some redbreasts and a bluegill. I also caught 2 hybrid largemouth and smallmouth bass. They are the first 3 pictures. I didn't know that was possible. Had a lot of fun today, except when I broke the tip of my $140 St Croix trout series UL because I was to lazy to get my jig out of a pricker bush. However, I haven't had this much success so close to my house, so I think I found my new favorite fishing spot. For parking, I parked on the intersection of Greenback Drive and Knoll Lane.

2 netted and lost 2…but it was a fun fishing day.
