Not exactly a keeper, BUT it's my first crappie through the ice. And we saw a decent sized pike LITERALLY belly'd right up to my camera but refused to eat the fat shiner minnow right in front of its face. 🤷‍♀️ Rented a nice little basic shack from Max's Rent-a-Shack on Waconia. It's on a good spot, I saw healthy standing 6" weeds and sand, sunnies and a teensy perch as soon as I dropped the camera. I think my main issue is lack of experience. Still need to learn what works, when to rattle, when to jig, etc. (Very open to advice. Also, if you're looking for an agreeable fishing buddy with her own gear and a willingness to learn, I will likely respond to messages to my Instagram, listed in bio.)

What a nice outing! Praise JESUS! Got a 36.5" Muskie and 30" Pike!
