Went to new spot a deep old gravel pit made into fishing recreation area. Water was clean and clear so that was nice. My friend Bruce caught two bass on a fat squarebill crankbait, i managed a 25" little N. pike on a football jig with a walleye assassin paddle tail. Had two big walleyes follow my lure in but no strike. Bruce caught two pike yesterday also so ill be back soon.
