The best of 3 really nice salmon caught this morning in the first snowstorm of the season. What a tank…definitely a net-filler!

New personal best for a salmon. What a fun fight this beast was. Jumped out of the water a couple of times and was really afraid I was going to lose it. And to top it off, there was an even bigger one sitting on the bottom of the river right below me, but I couldn’t get that one to bite anything.

Nymphed up 2 really nice browns today. This one was the most battered and beaten fish I’ve ever seen. Thought about keeping it to put it out of its misery but decided to let it go to live another day.
