We took our girls to the lake George derby, and we had quite some luck. My oldest took home 1st place chained pickerel. My youngest took home 2nd place chained pickerel, and 2nd place trout. First time they've won at a derby, and were so excited. They even want to do it again next year!! Mission accomplished! 😁

He's a bit battle scarred, but he's the biggest that I've caught in this lake.

Methinks this little fella has a bit more growing up to do! 😂

Twins. :=). They both came at 16" and 2 1/2 lbs. I also landed a 15" Chain Pickerel but let him go back to grow up a little for next time. By the time the forecast predicted the peak feeding period the heat and humidity were brutal and I had to pack up and head for the a/c.

Nice 21" chain pickerel, caught on a 2" Yum chartreuse grub with a small spinner.

All five five caught within 30 minutes of the forecast peak. ☺️. A 16", 17", and two 18" chain pickerel and a nice 15 inch largemouth bass.

Two largemouth bass and three chain pickerel. Not bad for 2 1/2 hours on the lake.😀. I got on the water just before the forecast said they would start feeding and stayed until it said they would stop. All five were caught within 45 minutes of the forecasted peak. ☺️
